I noticed that several bikes coming my way have the ignition retarded by several degrees, is this due to the unleaded petrol or has someone simply set them up incorrectly?

Both my bikes run perfect on the standard firing point (unless an unretarded ignition can cause your fork oil seals to fall out).

Has anyone out there retarded their ignitions due to problems with/without unleaded fuel?
