Hey, my buddy just purchased a pretty ratty s3, but it seems to run pretty good. It has denco chambers that the owner said were on his H1. The bike runs pretty good, but has no bottom end, and a very small sharp powerband around 7k. Would it be faster with a set of stock pipes on it?

i'd say its either been tuned VERY badly or the carbs are fooked. H1 dencos work very well on a 400 and vice versa
