just i saw a jap modified one tuther day, same paint set but with pre78 kawasaki on tank looked mint :D
Mark it might not have been a proper b5 then, just dealer put newer paintset on to sell it 102.gif
defo black rearguard, and the sidepanels are quite dull too, but look nicer when gloss :oops:
have fun, its not as bad as dels :shock:

dang,..!!, i had a B5 but chromed the rear guard £25,.when could have sprayed with B&Q barbeque black,,...:shock:

At least its in one peice mine was a boxs . i am still finding missing parts now and its nearly finished ..you will need lots of rust remover i found some the otherday that is the dogs . cleaned up an oil tank on a freinds 1946 BSA
that had been beried in the desert for 30 yeras .none toxic mix with water bilt-hamber labs its cheap too.all the best with the rebuild.. |

my first resto,..
it were a bonny bike everything nos or orig, cept' chrome /paint, must have been mad, or hooked !, made the seat rails..hand stenciled the KH,.so they was never right,
very hard to track down parts at the time couldnt find any info on computors !!..cheap parts rule,...Rb sent the pics for the tank spec etc,..8)
joined the club,.. :P
