Thanks Higgsy, yep was keen to put it back onto an air box, just looking for it to be as natural and rideable during the nice months as possible, fair weather rider I know.
As for a trophy winner Im not so sure I thought rightly or wrongly that bikes that get used regular are no match to show bikes but having said that Ive never been to any shows or rallies on it yet, but hoping next year to get out further afield on it, after I sort out some engine issues during winter hopefully!!

Yeah 250 air filter elements can sometimes be hard to find but Simon (G6MOW) has had some for sale on here, but they are out of stock at mo.
