Dunno what the boyer problem is (if any), it wouldn't stay still.... (fooking thing kept moving the goalposts) at one point we were beginning to think that Boyer themselves didn't know what current their Ignitions take from the supply..

But the battery is definitely knackered and we'll start testing again once there's a good one to hold the voltage up.

It's also a bit awkward trying to start an engine in a frame propped on top of a crate of bottles, all waggling around..

Hiya 180...thanks mate, i am glad to be back in work..
Ok, This is how i see it, but wolfman may correct me on this..Wolfman contacted Boyer and was told the Boyer does not take any power when not being used..(just ignition on)  But the battery went flat in ten mins....so we got a new boyer, the new boyer takes power just like the old one  and battery flats in ten mins, Wolfman and scouse came over to my shack with a spare Boyer, that also took power and battery went flat in ten mins...three faulty Boyers???
so we deduced that my new battery must be a dud,  and also the Boyer  DOES take power but not to the extreme to flat a normal working Battery.
I am waiting the delivery of a new battery..
will update ...
