well it was the front wheel, all that pissing around tighten nuts and bolts up even more
took the 400 out sat evening goes ok but needs the carbs setting correctly but other than that sorted, will put the 400 front wheel back on and see if its now ok as its still got the 250 front wheel on at the moment
just did 30 miles on her and the gears feels really smooth ,nice and positive and clicks in really well not like the 250 where i seem to get a lot of false neutrals
just cant wait to get her run in , then i can give it some

graham couldnt make it today,got to do loads of odd jobs around the house and keep the missus happy

After all that buggering about, at least you go to the bottom of it, I waited ALL DAY for you mate and eventually went out for a ride meself and called in at Gary and Jo's on the way round, Ray also turned up.

glad its sorted mate, but me and simon told you about twenty years ago to change the front end to isolate the problem, you bloody assclown
