Hi chaps my kh250 dropped a piston ring last week just as i was sorting the carbs out nothing to do with the mixture though.but i ve got a big score in the barrel which i think will be to deep just for an oversized rebore its been done once !! but can i go big bore ? if so any ideas on pistons or have i got too stay 250 thanks

you could look for a s2 350 top end, that would be a nice upgrade.

Failing that ,why not ask simon G6MOW for just one barrel and rebore to match the other 2 .

kh250 crank rebuild is expensive

£250 to strip a triple engine plus vat (bet it's a lot more with stuck cylinders)

would dred to think how much to re sleeve a 250 barrel
