s3 clutch slipBeen out on a club run today with the vmcc.Did about 120 miles trading blows with commandos,tridents and bonnevilles.The clutch is slipping like feck now every time i even get near the power band.I have already put a washer under the springs and i have gone back to proper 2 stroke gear oil.Any ideas????

Simon, the hole in the washer has to be bigger than the top of the spigot, or you gain nothing (except maybe a circular graze on the inside of the clutch cover), I put circlips down the bottom of the hole which should have the same effect.

clutch slipSorry too but in my kh250 clutch has started slipping and i use 10/40 engine oil as it says in the haynes is that ok. or should i use gear oil.thanks chaps i am getting there

Springs are the usual cause of 250 clutch slip, an interesting point is that saggy 250 springs are about the same length as good H2 springs.... I wonder?
Oh sorry, I dared to mention a H2.

use gear oil
light gear oil is what I use
