Parting out S2 350 motor, anybody need parts?

I am planning on parting out my s2 motor to make room for a 500 powerplant.  Before the parts hit ebay, is anybody interested in anything?  Also have the exhaust.  It has small rust spots but i think they wont be hard to clean up.

Tell ya' what i do want, 69 - 71 500 air box rubbers and all clips... :P

Oh, you want stringing up if you chop up a 72' frame...to fit the 500,...73' Ok

from what i understand it wont require any chopping just moving the motor mounts to the outside of the frame and some spacers.

pm'ed g6mow.

As for considering it chopping, i guess it is still technicall chopping it just a tad.  Compared to my other projects i would consider chops,  this is nothing though, i have been known to get a little carried away with cutting and bracing in the past :D

Does anybody object to this swap?  Is this s2 worth quite a bit restored?  I kinda got drawn into the triples for their reputation of being snappy little bikes with a wicked powerband so the more power the better.  I also like the parts availability for the h1's.  If i am going to spend the same amount of money, i would like the most bang for the buck.  Also, the s2 is definately one of the best looking triples IMO

Seems a shame to split a rare 350....  but what sort of clutch actuator do you have?
jordan

????? I am not sure, i will not be able to get home until April 10th so i can look then.  What are the different actuator's?
The Wolfman

listed from worst to best..... 4 way worm, 6 way worm and ball bearing.
jordan

alright, you guys and a few others i have talked to have convinced me to keep the 350 motor in this bike.
The Wolfman

You KNOW it makes sense, good decision Jordan. :D
