Oil pump gear bolt KH250 B1managed to over tighten mine :oops: :oops: so now need a replacment, if anyones got a spare to sell Id be very gratefull. its part # 92003-068 and NLA from Kawasaki :( Thanks...Dave.

Won't any old bolt do? (correct length and thread of course) it only holds the pinion after all.. possibly high tensile if you're a worryer..?
But judging by the torque setting Gerald recommended I'd have though just normal grade.

Fraid not as the bolts shank is a machined fit to the pinion, I could get one turned up though if nothing else available. thanks for the idea. :idea:

For future reference a standard or shouldered bolt fits perfectly, been stripping motors all day and thought I'd give it a try....
