Welcome Gerkin, hope you get as much out of this forum as I do, its very informative and everyone is so helpfull to me as I still feel quite a newbie.

dry build just to see what ihave and require

needs wheels rebuilding ,crank rebuild ,pipes are pitted but usable and solid but have lots of acid stains! noy too bad overall powder coated frame decent seat with new cover clean and tidy paint

im still here ,been busy doing other things ,hope to get cracking on the engine in the xmas hols ,crank spins and big ends seem ok but will need crank seals at vey least after sitting for nearly 20 years!

Don't simply condemn those seals because they sat around, by all means give a lookin at if the engine is being torn down.

My H2 had sat around for ten years, I've now run her (sometimes hard) for ten and I'm still happy with the seals, they will get the obligatory 'lookin at' this winter stripdown just as a matter of course while the engine is open.
