Joking aside.I reckon there is room to see a bike in a state that was common 30 or so years ago.There were plenty of choppers about,so fair play. :thumright: I remember putting cow horns on my Raleigh module 3 :oops: :pirat: | ||||

its just to use up some rusty parts leftover from my s2 resto..and a good excuse to get a spare engine running..i couldnt give the frame away..but thought some guys may like to see something a lil different..instead of most of the stuff get scrapped cause its not worth using on a resto..i like things that are unique... | ||||

Agreed rather see it on the road as a chopper then broken into parts and not seen again.
But still a chopper :shock: although as a Dyson owner I should be sympathetic to other minority styles that no one likes. The amount of grief I've had over my bike it seems not many like Dyson's. Cannot wait to see it when its finished 650hardtail, keep the pictures coming and I promise no more negative comments. |

i dont mind the jabs...lol...its mine and ill ride it..ill guarantee..nobody will say i had one of them..its better assembled and running then going to scrap cause the parts arent "worthy" of being reused..hey..i got the two bikes for $100..restoring one and having anotherone runnin out of spares..and also came w a set of chrome wirges chambers too...so what am i out?? | ||||

that is the front end that was on one of the bikes when i got them...why throw it away for scrap???like the frame i couldnt GIVE away.. |

i did have the opportunity to meet rick and the boys at norwalk this year..had a heck of a time..and plan to go again..and maybe go to his michigan meet in 09.. and i will keep you guys informed on my build..im actually entered in an amateur build off and figured ....i got all these damn crusty old trip parts...so why not do it..thanks for the support guys.. :thumright: | ||||

180kid I still pinch myself every time I go in the garage. With moving house in 2008 the restoration took a back seat but now that I have finally found some ARE wheels the project is back in full swing. It will be on the road in 2009 (just not sure when) not in standard colours though but in Kawasaki Green. Its what I would have done if I had kept it anyway. |

Thats what I was looking for to e mail to Malc. The one in the brochure looks to be the colour I have with a rounded back tail section. Most had a raised section at the back. I have photo's of some Dyson's in Black / Blue and Green. The Black with gold looks nice. | ||||

well gentlemen..a mutant update..rear frame all tack welded up..tore it down to weld..and the engine..it passed the crank seal test......my tester..
recycled the old top end from my resto s2(its gettin fresh topend) onto the mutant engine..found the clutch w broken discs..swapped in a spare clutch..now to polish up the covers..eng should run...gotta do carbs too...

i had a stock frontend laying around..so off came the oversize tubes.. and on they went..then the pipes...im liking it..any opinions??

well the mutant s2 wasnt quite complete..bought this on evilbay today...
should fill a lil empty space , and naturally off a kawi...should go well w the injector tank also..
