New float valves are the only answer (assuming floats are in good nick and correct heights) and even then they don't seem to last too long before they start leaking again.
I replaced mine a couple of years ago and it cured it, but they are starting to play up again.

You can just buy the float valves. Have a Google or look on eBay USA.

Thanks had a look round but think carb kit is the way to go. after paying £6 for one float bowl gasket off xyz power the other day .the kit looks cheap !! and I had better hurry up before the summer goes ..

If using a kit, just watch the quality. Float valves and gaskets are OK but there is some debate over the quality of the needles, jets etc.
Search for Keyster on the american forum.
