Best Tyres for S3A?Just getting my S3A ready to go back on the road after 20 years stuck in the garage and I'm assuming it would be sensible to fit new tyres. I always previously bought Michelin M38's (on ARE's) - don't think M38's still available but there is now M45. Anyone have any suggestions what works best? - Thanks

Hi, Well I had mezzlers on my KH400 and they were fitted on ARE wheels (its Now in the Classic Bike magazine Septembers 08 issue) but since it has been in there I have now had the wheels powder coated and have fitted Bridgestone BT45`s and They are a great tyre road holding is great the only thing is they have a higher profile to them so watch they don`t hit anything also the back tyre is wider, Looks great also check out www.youtube site and see video clips under searay51 KH400

youtube link dont work for me... :smt102
bigger back tyre ok if more Hp to motor, eg proper spannies that work, re jet, pods etc, the low down added hp will pop the front easier, and from 6k hang on, lol,....otherwise just go slower,....:thumright:
