cool mate !, are they 500 pipes? work good?. hows that caliper compare to old kh one, is there a pattern some where for the conversion plate?,. Brian. |

I was told they are 400 Wirges... They work really well compared to the stock pipes north of 6K. :D
I have a drawing for the bracket... I'll post it but it needs to be touched up because I had to make mods for it to fit. |

I fixed the offset problem... A couple of thing though, double check the thread pitch I'm not sure if it is 1.25 or 1... Also check the center to center distance on your fork and update you need to.

I got mine made by a friend who owed me a favour... He did it on a manual mill but it was a pia...the part is better suited for a CNC mill. Your best bet is to use the image to get quotes from local machine shops. Negotiate price breaks on different quantities. Tell them you can provide the iges or dxf file if they need it. This will help keep the price down. BTW the upgrade is like night and day!!! I highly recommend it! :D |
