77.5 mains with a 250 airbox, is that alreet, seems fine to 7000 havent reved above yet, well only a little :oops:

i'd be tempted to run S3 spec jets, now you got rid off the restricted airbox,
85mains
22,5 pilots
1 1/2+ out on the airscrews,
are kh exhausts restricted, with different internal baffle design,
compared to s3?,.

was thinking too brian! but what stops me is its a 250 airbox not a s3 one, plus the kh400 pipes. might keep it more inline.
not gonna rev past 7500 anyway :thumright:

Hi Simon
I am running s3 carb set-up so 85 main jets in my KH400 but with a kh250 airbox fitted with a K&N Air filter that I made from a 4.2 litre Toyota land cruiser and see runs fine great power band runs from about 5000 up to about 8000 have not gone any higher yet
