All change, this is a pic of the latest incarnation of the Green Meanie, with spokes, and David's pipes.  My blue one was sold on Ebay at the weekend and is waiting to go.

Hi Simon,

The blue one fetched £1500, and will be picked up probably next week.  I think that's about going rate.  Obviously would have liked more but can't complain.  Down to two bikes now, with the Sportster as well, the perfect mix for me.

Cheers,  John. :D  :D

I had a James Cadet, but sold that about a month or so ago.  I did a lot of work on it, but, true to British bikes, it required constant attention, and expense, and dropped oil everywhere.  I am cutting down the number of bikes, as I was starting to live in the garage. :D   I also sold a Honda Blackbird a while back, lovely bike, so smooth and quick, but couldn't get used to the low bars.  The KH bars are great, and the Sportster, being a 1200 Custom, are higher still, which suits me fine.  Draw the line at ape hangers though. :-D  :-D

Cheers,  John.

Haven't posted a pic of the Hog.  When I did that on "the other" site, I had the triples police onto me. (Shakes with fear!!)
