|
|
Hi, I recently had to dissasemble the barrel to send off, to get a new key to made, whilst i know I should have taken pictures etc to make it easier when putting back together.
so if anyone can provide a detailed breakdown of the 3 components of the key barrell and how the 3 parts fit together ?
and also can anyone show me the 3 key positions and what they should do in pictures ?
bike is an S1-250 so i am not sure if the components are the same :P

?
The rebuild of the switch should be self evident, they can only go together in one way.. if you look at the contacts on the plastic insert inside the lock you can see which way up it will mate correctly with the contacts on the rear plate.
Three positions are off, on and park, where only the tail light is on. _________________ :
