Hi again,The thread is stripped in the 2 stoke pump for the bottom banjo bolt (main feed) is my only opption a helicoil ,if so what size would i require,could i pick one up at stafford show,your help is appreciated,

if you helicoil, you must strip the oilpump completely and wash out properly, or kaboom
i've got a working pump here for 25 quid  |

They are M6 banjo bolts on the pump, so an M6 Helicoil kit will do the job, drill to 6.5mm then tap.
Pump strip is recommended as above. _________________ :

Can you just get the banjo bolt ? i broke mine and fitted one from another bike but its shorter and not sure about it.  _________________ Back on three !! |

thinks you would be better with the helicoil, 2nd hand pumps are all the same, stripped, unless you get lucky..from a freindly board member,  |

Don't know if you can get the bolts new, but they do turn up (often with a pump), if you're handy with a drill you can make your own. (Wolfie tips #451)
